For over ten years the Hardy-Holley Team has presented Assertive Communication Workshops in the United States and Canada.  Dr. Anne Hardy-Holley completed training to become a Certified Assertive Communication Instructor.  Don Hardy-Holley learned from her.

Often people say, I don't need that. I can be assertive.  I just can't get people to do what I want them to do. They may have assertive communication confused with aggressive communication.  In this workshop a student learns the differences between:

ASSERTIVE, AGGRESSIVE, PASSIVE/AGGRESSIVE, AND PASSIVE COMMUNICATION

A student learns the language that keeps people stuck during communication, as well as differences between VICTIM LANGUAGE and POWER LANGUAGE. Do you want to learn to say NO?  There are four simple steps to saying NO.  Also, ANGER is examined enabling a person to communicate this emotion appropriately.
